Delete your Bic7 account

What a Bic7 account is

You don't need an account to watch Bic7. An account exists only if you chose Continue with Google to keep your watch progress and My list in sync across browsers and devices. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Bic7 app and make sure you're signed in.
2. Open My list.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete.

Delete it on the web

1. Go to bic7.tv and sign in with the same Google account.
2. Open the Library (or My list) and scroll to your account at the bottom.
3. Choose Delete account, then confirm with Delete.

Can't use the app or website?

Email support@bic7.tv with the subject Delete my Bic7 account, sent from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, so we can find and confirm your account. We'll delete it and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• the one-way hash of your Google account ID that identifies your account (we never store the ID itself, your email, name or photo);
• the synced copy of your watch progress and My list;
• the random browser and app IDs linked to your account, and when it was created and last used;
• your sign-in sessions, which stop working on every device.

What is kept

• Anonymous viewing events (what was played, for how long), which are tied only to a random browser or app ID and not to your account, are kept as described in our privacy policy.
• The progress and My list stored on your own device stay there. Clear the browser's site data or uninstall the app to remove them.

When

Account data is deleted from our servers immediately when you choose Delete account, or once we process an emailed request. Accounts unused for two years are deleted automatically.
